Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: massage guns, eye massagers, posture correctors, neck stretchers, and any other personal-use wellness devices that come into direct skin contact. These items can only be returned if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
